Privacy Policy | Fabulous Vegas

Who controls your data

Red Rock Managed Services Limited, registered in Gibraltar, decides how your personal data is used on Fabulous Vegas. Questions about privacy go to [email protected].

What we collect

To run your account we hold your full name, username, date of birth, home address and contact details. We also record your deposits, withdrawals and play, and we keep information gathered during age, identity and safer gambling checks.

Why we use it

We use your data to open and manage the account, handle payments, let you play and answer your messages. The law and our licence also require us to verify who you are, check the source of your funds, watch for signs of gambling harm, respect any limits or exclusions you set, and help investigate fraud. Marketing is sent only when you have opted in.

Who we share it with

Some data goes to companies in our group, to payment processors, to identity and fraud checking services such as credit reference agencies, and to auditors and advisers. Because the brand is licensed from News Group Newspapers Limited, player data is also shared with that company. After a self-exclusion, your e-mail and phone number are passed to our marketing partners so they can stop contacting you.

Marketing choices

You can stop marketing at any moment with the unsubscribe link in an e-mail, by following the opt-out steps in a text message, from your account settings or by writing to [email protected].

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, receive a portable copy, correct it, have it deleted in certain cases, object to some uses, ask how an automated decision was made and withdraw consent. We normally reply within a month. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK.

How long we keep it

Most account data is held for five years after our relationship ends, and call recordings are kept for five years as well. When a self-exclusion has been set, the data stays for seven years after the exclusion period ends. Some periods can be longer where a regulator, a claim or an investigation requires it.

Keeping it safe

Your information sits behind firewalls, only trained staff with a real need can reach it, and our physical, technical and management controls are there to stop unauthorised access.
